IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PASSENGERS:

  • No Smoking Policy: Smoking in the vehicle incurs a $300 fine, charged to your credit card.
  • Service Concerns: Report any service issues either immediately or within 24 hours.
  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
  • Refundable Payment: Subject to our cancellation policies detailed below.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancel your reservation according to the guidelines in your email confirmation to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees. Notify us via email or phone. Full charges apply for late cancellations or no-shows. Specific cancellation deadlines vary by service type and date. For airport transfers, notify us of changes at least 4 hours in advance. Reservations made less than 48 hours before service are non-cancelable. Contact Customer Service immediately if you have trouble locating your chauffeur to avoid a full-charge no-show fee.

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY:

Clients are responsible for any damage or injuries caused by passengers. Misconduct may lead to service termination without refunds. Exceeding the vehicle’s passenger capacity is prohibited. Repair costs for damages caused by passengers will be charged to your account.

SERVICE AGREEMENT:

Smoking and illegal drug use in our vehicles are prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence or disruptive. Passengers should not interfere with the vehicle operation. Special events like weddings and proms have unique packages; failure to notify us may lead to post-service adjustments. We are not responsible for uncontrollable factors like weather or traffic. Additional charges may apply for services outside the Metropolitan Area.
